Stretch Therapy
A session dedicated to various types of Stretch Therapy, such as PNF, Assisted Stretch, Thai, Ortho Bionomy, and other techniques to help lengthen tissues and improve range of motion. Please wear comfortable, athletic types of clothing.
Combo - Stretch and Massage
A session partly dedicated to stretch and part traditional massage techniques. Client and Therapist can determine the amount dedicated to each type of therapy prior to the start of the session. It is a good way to have a taste of both worlds.
Combo - Cupping and Massage
Massage session with cupping. Cups are placed on certain areas to help release fascial tissue through vacuum. Client and Therapist can determine what areas need cupping therapy, as well as what type of massage is desired (Swedish, DT, etc.)
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. They are also used as a tool to massage with. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
