He has experience ranging from relaxation, Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, post-isometric muscular release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, sports, prenatal reflexology, myofascial release, reflexology and fascial stretch techniques.
Andy was born and raised in the mountains of western North Carolina where he was extremely involved in football, wrestling, baseball, martial arts and music. He enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, camping, tying flies, hiking and kayaking, and is a second degree black belt in Chung Sil Kwon Taekwondo. Andy is a classically trained vocalist with a bachelor’s degree in music from Brevard College in Brevard NC, and has had extensive professional experience in the music field.
From this experience and knowledge combined with his studies in manual therapy, Andy has a detailed understanding of how to assist the avid sports enthusiast, collegiate or professional athlete as well as how to enhance the vocal instrument as a whole. He realizes the importance and benefits of massage therapy techniques to maintain the instruments of the human body.
Andy also leads worship music and sings throughout the middle TN area where he lives with his wonderful wife Rebecca, their son Titus, and their son Levi. They have a cat named Dinah.
